OrbiKronPlanetary time

OrbiKron

A miniature solar system that follows all eight planets in colored light using GPS time and astronomical calculations.

For astronomy enthusiasts who want to see the actual Solar System changing every day.

Not another clock.
A different sense of time.

Conventional clocks divide the day into equal units. Digital Horology looks outward — to orbital paths, lunar phases, sunlight, and the sea — and turns those slower rhythms into calm, intuitive timepieces.

Technology with a quieter presence.

Each timepiece combines custom software and electronics, careful astronomical or tidal calculation, and a display designed to live comfortably in a room — not demand attention from it.

Each piece is built and finished by the Digital Horology family workshop on Whidbey Island.

Made by Dorian and family.

Digital Horology is a family workshop on Whidbey Island, Washington, USA, led by Dorian — a software engineer and woodworker who designs the custom software, electronics, and cases for each timepiece.
